Warranty Policy

All Jisulife products purchased from Jisulife Malaysia come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects.

What is covered

Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
Motor failure under normal operating conditions
Battery defects (capacity below 80% within 6 months)

What is not covered

Physical damage from drops, impacts, or misuse
Water damage from improper use (e.g. submerging in water)
Damage from unauthorised repairs or modifications
Normal wear and tear

Register your product within 30 days of purchase via our E-Warranty Registration page. Scan the QR code sticker on your product packaging to get started.

How to claim

Email us at support@jisulife.com.my with your warranty registration details, order number, and a description of the issue. Our local support team will guide you through the claim process.
